• APe

The engineering company APe has its roots all the way back to 1958 and has since been a reliable supplier of components to the motor industry. Over time, the company has developed and expanded its range to also include technical components for the railway and mining industries.

In the 1990s, APe introduced a technical toolbox that monitored foundry processes in real time. With excellence in foundry technology, article assurance and risk management, the company soon became in demand in the automotive industry to secure complex cast and forged parts in low-cost countries (LCC).

  • Stock & logistics

APe has been certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 since the mid-90s, which ensures high quality and environmental awareness in all stages of the business.

  • Light circular electric vehicles

During the mid-2000s, APe broadened its business area to include light electric vehicles. The Eloped brand, owned by APe, has become an important part of this business area.

  • Circular economy

APe is increasingly working with a circular economy to create sustainable and resource-efficient solutions, both for technical components and light electric vehicles. The company has developed a secure and efficient supply chain, with a logistics center in Malmö, Sweden.

  • Configured NA Power System

By 2023, APe's Asia office is deeply involved in the development of sodium batteries. These batteries will be integrated with a BMS (Battery Management System) in a configured system, including charging adapter and control box.
